Dr. Counce, is a retired physician, scientific illustrator, and photorealism artist.
An old school colored pencil and airbrush man, he received his Associates Degree in Commercial Art before finishing High School.
"The Searchlight" has been his showcase for collegiate publishers since 1975. Having illustrated doctoral and masters theses, college textbooks, journals, and national magazines, The Doctor's work can be found throughout the World Wide Web.
